Understanding How The Lenders Work In A Short Sale

Short Sales are something that I do not know a lot about but it sounds like a great opportunity for  real estate investors. In my effort to learn more about this process, I ran across an article by Scott Daniels. It does not go into a lot of detail, but I think that is good for this point of my learning.
