Last month I posted an article about “Technology and the Landlord” and it just so happens that this month there is another great example of how technology can help your real estate business. Not only is there a lot of great data out there to help you out, there is also a ton of data out there to help perspective tenants find a place. This is one area where you hope to not need very often, but when the time comes it is necessary that you understand how to get the word out about your vacancy and do it fast and with as little expense as possible. Technology and the Landlord
I am a “geek” by heart. I have a technology background and believe that you can gain a lot of efficiencies as well as advantages by utilizing technology in your real estate business. One easy example of advantages that you can gain is by effectively finding and using the mass amount of data that is out there. Just take a look at my Investment Property Finder tool for example.
